I co-owned, co-managed and ran Indiependent Music in my 20s. These days, I’m still very much a corporate slave who is still passionate about music and spend much of my free time on the pickleball court, after 2 bad knees ended my running quest. So I thought: why not combine my two passions and write about them?
The monthly playlist feature will showcase tracks either released during that particular month or songs released earlier in the year that I happened to discover that month. I’ll share a few thoughts on why each track made the list and what resonates with me about it. These are the songs that soundtrack my daily commute to pickleball (hence Pickleball playlist) and keep me company while I work. I hope you’ll join me on this musical journey.
